<p>We invite you to enjoy our two newly-built and individually designed houses with 3 different sized apartments.</p><p>Have a peaceful, relaxing holiday in the East Tyrolean mountains, surrounded by the Dolomites of Lienz and the imposing massif of the South Tyrolean Dolomites. A holiday paradise on the outskirts of South Tyrol, close to the Kärntner Lakes. At the same time you can enjoy the peaceful serenity and seclusion of a Tyrolean mountain village. Discrete, attentive, personal and professional service is guaranteed and when the big wrought iron gate is closed, the little stream mumbles, the fish in a small pond swim their circles and the ducks from the nearby lake come to visit, then time seems to stand still.</p><p>The Champagne Lodge is at ground level accessible without any obstruction, both sauna and bathrooms and toilets are handicap accessible, no steps, wide doors stand available.</p>

<p>The Karnisher Trail is one of the best hikes in Austria and extends over 110km at the Karnischen Kamm (main ridge). At the most beautiful and diversified part, between Sillian and Plöckenpass, you pass eight shelters and 20 easy hiking peaks. Along the way there are also demanding goals and climbing peaks (Gr. Kinigat, Porze, Monte Peralba, Hohe Warte) for more experienced climbers.
Guesthouses, hotels, restaurants - there are lots of opportunities to taste the variety of the East Tyrol local cuisine. Specialties like Schildkrapfen, Tyrol Gröstl, Tyrolean dumplings and “Ingsante Niggelen” poppy noodles are an absolute must try.
In addition, a visit to a typical restaurant offers its charm and allows you to witness something of the lifestyle and customs of the indigenous population ... a very special highlight of a holiday in East Tyrol.</p>
<p>Also an excursion to the nearby South Tyrol (Italian border 9km) is an experience. The fragrance of Italy, the hedonistic lifestyle of our southern neighbor, is immediately noticeable. And on this side you cant miss out on tasting the typical liqueur and wine specialties.</p>

<p>The Champagne Lodge is located on the ground floor of the second house, accessible without stairs, offering plenty of space for a large family or a group of friends who would like to share their holidays, or for those who just want to fully enjoy and celebrate their life.</p>
