At the beach; Romantic; Near water The house is situated in a quiet coastal area, not far from the sea. In the next village, Colònia Sant Pere, you will find all the necessary services. The nearest beach is s’Estanyol, at only 400m from the house. It is a natural, untouched beach, with rocks and small stones, mostly visited by the locals. S’Estanyol is the perfect place for hikers, with lots of signposted tracks.

The plot is fenced and there are neighbors in the surrounding area.We step into the living- and dining kitchen, which counts with a sofa bed and a dining table. The kitchenette works with a vitro hob and counts with an electric oven and all necessary utensils to prepare your favorite dishes during your stay, as well as a washing machine, an iron, and an ironing board. There is only one bedroom, with a double bed. On request, we can prepare a baby bed and a high chair. There is a bathroom with a shower.
